Workshops

We have been organizing Japanese cuisine workshops since 2007, with over 400 workshops held to date. Our goal is to make the workshops both entertaining and informative, as our chefs have lived in Japan, studied its culture and language at university, and are passionate about everything Japanese. Additionally, we have extensive experience in running restaurants – Sushimon operated for 10 years in downtown Tallinn. Currently, we offer sushi during the summer on Muhu Island at Liiva Food Street, and during the rest of the year, we are based in Tallinn, providing catering and training services. 

What are our Japanese cooking workshops?

Our Japanese cooking workshops vary greatly – from sushi workshops (1h-5h) to more general Japanese cuisine workshops. Shorter workshops are perfect for team events or birthday parties. The 1-hour workshops are ideal for entertaining children's birthday parties or adding a fun and culinary aspect to corporate events. Additionally, we offer sushi training for commercial purposes, where restaurants or home cooks can gain knowledge to start their own sushi business.

Venue

Japanese cuisine workshops can be organized both in Tallinn and elsewhere, either at the client's chosen location or in our space at Tartu maantee 84a, Tallinn (90€ + VAT) in Fahle Park.
